In the car we usually have two or three CDs of Jewish music - Yeshiva Boys Choir, Shalsheles Jr. (boys), Moscow Jewish Choir (men), or some combination thereof.
A couple of the MJC songs are sung by very high male voices (falsetto) and Salamander thought they were boys (which I didn't understand right away). When a new song came on yesterday, he said, "No! I want the Jewish boys!"
Since I wasn't paying attention, I said, "Do you want me to put on Kol Hamispalel?" (The first song on the YBC CD)
"No! I want to listen to the Jewish Boys!"
"OK..." (this went back and forth a few times) Finally out of frustration, Salamander said, "I want to listen to the Jewish BOYS! I don't WANT to listen to Jewish fathers!"

I love classical but that was cute what salimander said, hope u had great purim.
I take it you understand now why she said it. If i was listening to the other type of Jewish music such as Srulli Willeger i would say I want to listen to the music of the guy pinching his nose while he sings.
I used to love Miami Boys Choir.
